Responsibilities:
- Manage time effectively and meet project deadlines, even when working remotely.
- Lead the end-to-end creative process, from concept to production, ensuring brand consistency across various marketing assets such as landing pages, events, webinars, and email campaigns.
- Plan, develop, and implement digital tools and processes to enhance efficiency and creativity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate and execute innovative solutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and digital marketing.
- Provide clear and timely communication on project progress and deliverables.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for project needs.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Graphic Design.
- Portfolio link to examples of past client and/ or student work is required.
- Quick, clear & honest communicator.
- Delivers work on time, no excuses.
- Detail oriented.
- Think creatively to solve project needs.
- Solid graphic design, typography and digital design skills.
Required Skills / Programs:
- Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign.
- Experience in Canva, making/ using templates.
- Experience in Figma.
- Interest and/ or experience using AI (send any examples).
- Simple animation / Editing abilities in AfterEffects / Premiere are a huge plus.
