Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, LinkedIn Newsletter, Facebook, Instagram, Tik-Tok).
- Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content (posts, stories, videos) that aligns with brand guidelines and audience interests.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the community to foster positive brand interaction.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency.
- Support all events in terms of branding, photo/video materials, and content creation for social sharing.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Social Media Manager with a track record of successful cases.
- Portfolio of written materials in English, including IT or/and non-tech-related content, showcasing proficiency in long-form writing.
- Proficiency with photo and video editing tools, such as Canva, Figma, CapCut, Davinci Resolve, or similar.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, current trends, and best practices (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Threads, Reddit).
- Strong writing and communication skills in English at a C1 level.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
