On behalf of Tipalti, SD Solutions is looking for a talented Associate Marketing Manager to join our team. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong process-oriented mindset. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Associate Marketing Manager will support our marketing efforts to ensure effective implementation and execution.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate logistics and execution for marketing events, swag/gift distribution etc.
- Execute and support customer marketing processes by maintaining marketing assets such as logos, case studies, and facilitating customer interactions (e.g., interview scheduling and follow-ups).
- Regularly update and maintain marketing content by coordinating with relevant individuals to ensure accuracy and currency.
- Manage the intake process for requests from the sales and marketing teams, setting up a structured execution process.
- Engage regularly with customers and partners via email and Slack.
- Support the customer Slack community in cooperation with customer marketing.
- Oversee minor updates to website landing pages in collaboration with team members.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with others in marketing and sales
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing or project management.
- A keen eye for detail and a structured approach to tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective teamwork abilities.
- Proven ability to manage and document processes efficiently.
- Proficiency with office tools, Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
- Basic project management experience is desired but not necessary.
- Experience with Salesforce, Highspot, Asana, Monday.com and similar tools is desired but not necessary.
