We are looking for a developer to join the Growth Team. As a Growth Team Developer, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing growth strategies to increase monetization and drive product-led growth (PLG) for our company. You will work closely with the Growth Team, Product Managers, and Designers to build experiments and implement features that drive user engagement and conversion.
Responsibilities:
- Innovate new ways that will help Tipalti’s growth in both increasing conversion and generating leads.
- Develop, test, and launch new complex services to power new functionalities.
- Build new features across a few core products while owning your team’s deliverables from planning to production.
- Build reliable, well-designed, and well-tested systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, in person and remotely, to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of every feature.

Requirements:
- 3+ years in a software development role.
- Full Stack development experience (50/50 split between Front-End and Back-End)
- Experience with a major web development stack: Vue/Angular/React, C#/Java - 50/50 FE to BE
- Strong knowledge of software design and passion for creating high-standard code.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English – a must.
- A team player – excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with .NET framework and .NET Core – a strong advantage.
- Experience with microservices architectures and message broker tools – a major advantage.
- Strong knowledge of software design and passion for creating high-quality code.
- Ability to articulate complex ideas in a simple and clear way.
- A team player - being able to communicate excellently with peers and colleagues.
