Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth onboarding and off-boarding process for local and remote contractors.
- Run regular 1:1s with tech and non-tech professionals.
- Prepare regular health and time-off balance reports for managers and customers.
- Participate in local and international team-building events organization.
- Track all labor law-related updates in Poland and provide ideas on the improvement of the current employment and B2B-based models.
- Organize online and offline educational and entertainment events for our contractors and clients.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in the HR field.
- Ability to work full-time and come to the office on a daily basis.
- Event management experience.
- Understanding of the Polish labour law
- Leadership, organizational, analytical, presentation, and time management skills.
- Curious and learning mindset.
- Kindness and positive attitude.
- Fluent in English, Ukrainian, and Polish - B2 (writing emails, chatting with clients, ability to conduct small talk).
