As a Billing and Collections Support Agent, you will assist in all the billing and collection-related issues as a part of our growing Finance Team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support with customer and billing-related queries/tickets.
- Contact customers to collect on past due receivables and work with various departments to resolve any collection issues.
- Process and track third-party collections.
- Assist in daily and weekly billing-related ongoing tasks.
- Assist the finance team with any other functions where required.
Requirements:
- BA in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent that demonstrates quantitative and analytical orientation.
- Responsible and organized.
- High attention to detail.
- 2+ years of Collections/Accounts Receivable experience.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Well organized.
- Excellent English communication skills, written and oral.
- Excellent Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookup functions, etc.
- Quantitative and analytical orientation.
Advantages:
- Experience in working with Zendesk, Salesforce, JIRA, etc.
- Experience with Payments / Fintech.
