On behalf of NDA, SD Solutions is looking for a talented Full-Stack Engineer (Python + React, AI-Driven Platform) to help build and scale a modern AI-powered automation platform for home renovation project management. You'll work on atightly integrated system that combines intelligent task coordination, natural language communication, and real-time scheduling to streamline contractor engagement for residential projects.
This is a hands-on engineering role where you'll work across backend services (Python/FastAPI), frontend interfaces (React), and AI/LLM integrations (Semantic Kernel /OpenAI). You'll collaborate closely with the product lead to implement new features, extend digital workforce capabilities, and continuously improve performance and reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain full stack features across a microservice-based architecture (API Gateway, Workforce, Admin UI)
- Implement event-driven workflows using Dapr (pub/sub, service invocation, state)
- Build and extend AI “digital workers” powered by OpenAI + Semantic Kernel (withskills/tools)
- Integrate with external systems such as CRMs, messaging APIs (SMS/email), and voice platforms
- Create scalable frontend interfaces using React and TypeScript for internal monitoring and task review
- Optimize system reliability, logging, and testing for production readiness
- Work closely with the founder to shape product direction and execution
Requirements:
- Have 7+ years of full-stack engineering experience, preferably with Python and React
- Are comfortable with cloud-native development (Docker, Azure, etc.)
- Have experience building or integrating with LLMs, agents, or AI tooling (or are eager to learn)
- Enjoy working in fast-paced, early-stage environments
- Are self-driven, proactive, and love solving complex problems with elegant systems
