The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities, vendor communication, and purchase order processing in an ERP environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Handle purchasing processes including RFQs, vendor selection, and order placement.
    • Track and expedite purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
    • Maintain accurate purchasing records and support budget adherence.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve any supply chain issues.
    • Perform online purchases as required and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
    • Utilize ERP systems for procurement tracking and reporting.
    • Assist in the preparation of procurement presentations and documentation.
    • Work with AP on reviewing Monthly Purchase Orders.

      Experience:

      • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
      • 4+ years of purchasing or procurement experience.
      • Familiarity with ERP systems and online purchasing platforms.
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
      • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
      • Self-motivated, punctual, and detail-oriented.
      • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
