In this role, you'll work at the intersection of data, marketing, and customer insights—partnering closely with marketers and stakeholders to understand our marketing funnel, optimize performance, and uncover actionable insights. This is an individual contributor role ideal for someone who wants to make an immediate impact through hands-on analysis and data infrastructure improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive high-level funnel performance analysis across acquisition channels.
  • Conduct in-depth research on marketing trends, campaign effectiveness, and conversion behavior.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and analytics teams to improve data infrastructure and ensure robust tracking.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI to help stakeholders self-serve.
  • Perform customer segmentation analysis to uncover insights on targeting, messaging, and retention.
  • Collaborate on defining and refining KPIs, marketing attribution logic, and campaign measurement frameworks.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a data analyst position. Marketing experience is an advantage.
  • Strong command of SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
  • Proficiency in Power BI or any other visualization tool you can build, manage, and iterate on dashboards with ease.
  • Strong business intuition, especially around digital marketing and customer lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication skills—you can turn data into a clear story for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with marketing and CRM tools like Salesforce, Marketo, and Segment.

Advantages:

  • Experience with Python for data analysis or automation.
  • Understanding of data pipelines and experience working with data engineering teams or tools like dbt.
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS or fintech marketing funnels is a plus.
