In this role, you will collaborate with talented software engineers and architects to design and build the backbone of Travelier’s business and technology infrastructure. You'll play a key part in every phase of the system's development, contributing to the success of our core products.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, architects, and stakeholders, to design and implement core features for Travelier’s platform.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain scalable front-end applications using TypeScript, React, and modern UI libraries (e.g., Material-UI, Bootstrap).
- Build reusable and maintainable UI components and APIs that align with engineering best practices.
- Contribute to server-side development using C#, .NET Core, or other object-oriented languages to ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems.
- Participate in code reviews, ensure high test coverage, and follow agile methodologies to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex issues across the stack.
- Drive innovation by staying updated with industry trends and integrating cutting-edge technologies into the platform.
- Contribute to the evolution of the platform's architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and database integrations as needed.
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds and disciplines.
- Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for driving positive change and making a meaningful impact.
- Team player with strong communication skills but also capable of working independently.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of client side experience using JavaScript, HTML, CSS and component libraries like Material-UI (MUI), Bootstrap, etc.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience and expert-level knowledge in TypeScript and React programming (Redux, React Hooks).
- Experience in server-side development using object-oriented languages like C# or Java (C# or .NET Core - strong advantage)
- Proven experience in building complex applications.
- Expert-level proficiency in building large-scale web applications.
- Demonstrated experience in defining, writing, and supporting reusable and maintainable UI components and APIs.
- Experience in engineering best practices (code-reviews, testing coverage, agile methodologies).
- Fluent in English (verbal and written communication is a must).
