We seek a highly skilled and self-managing Frontend Developer with expertise in React to build intuitive, high-performance user interfaces. Kotlin experience is not required, but the right candidate will have the opportunity to learn it on the go for backend collaboration.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain user-friendly, responsive, and secure web applications using React.
- Work closely with designers and product managers to translate UI/UX designs into functional, high-quality front-end code.
- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use, ensuring maintainability and performance across various browsers and devices.
- Continuously monitor and enhance the performance of the front-end application to provide a smooth user experience.
- Ensure web applications work seamlessly across different screen sizes and device types.
- Write and maintain unit and integration tests for front-end components. Debug and resolve front-end issues to ensure a consistent, reliable user experience.
- Work alongside the development team to gain exposure to Kotlin for backend services as needed, but with no mandatory requirements for backend development.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on React.
- Proficiency in React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Familiarity with modern front-end development tools and workflows (e.g., Webpack, Babel, Git).
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and user experience.
- Ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
- Willingness to learn Kotlin and collaborate with the backend team on projects.
