Responsibilities:
- Write server-side code for scraping using Python, Selenium and Playwright.
- Accountability for script performance and indicators.
- Daily monitor indicators and address issues.
- Work with databases such as MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.
- Write clean, readable, quality, and testable code writing.
- Test and debug applications to ensure high quality and performance.
- Follow up on new evolutions of technology and take the initiative to keep the stack up to date.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of scraping scripts development.
- 3+ years of Python development experience.
- Experience with complicated secured sites scraping.
- Experience with log in issues and scrapping secured logins (complex scrapping).
- Self-motivated, agile, passionate about software development and Independent learner.
- Knowledge of server-side programming languages (Python) and database technologies (i.e. MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
- Experience with RESTful APIs and web application architecture.
- Good understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- A team player with strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- You have a strong work ethic. You like to get things done and are willing to go the extra mile.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Startup work experience.
