On behalf of our client, An AI-powered platform for narrative monitoring and misinformation tracking, SD Solutions is looking for a Mid-Level Manual QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our frontend and backend systems.

Your responsibilities will include data validation, server connectivity checks, and ensuring high-quality web and backend applications.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform functional, UI, and data validation testing for web applications and backend services.
    • Identify and report UI/UX inconsistencies and functionality issues, ensuring a seamless user experience.
    • Validate data accuracy, server connections, and system logs.
    • Collaborate with Full-Stack, Core (Python-focused), and QA teams to identify and resolve issues.
    • Ensure test coverage for React-based frontend applications and Python-based backend systems.
    • Work with SQL and ClickHouse to validate and query data.
    • Write and execute automated test scripts in Python (if applicable).
    • Communicate test results effectively and support an agile development process.
    • Participate in agile development processes with the Full-Stack and Core Teams.

      Requirements:

      • 3+ years of experience in manual testing for frontend and backend applications.
      • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on identifying visual, usability, and functional issues.
      • Experience testing React-based UIs and Python-based backends.
      • Hands-on experience with SQL and ClickHouse for data validation.
      • Familiarity with server connectivity checks and log analysis.
      • Experience with automated testing in Python as advantage.
      • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
      • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

        You will collaborate with three teams:

        • Full-Stack Team
        • Core Team (Python-focused)
        • QA Team (currently one member, potential to grow)
