Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional support to customers, troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Collaborating with a team of experts to identify root causes of customer challenges and proactively sharing solutions.
  • Communicating clearly and effectively with both customers and internal teams, ensuring a seamless flow of information and strong rapport.
  • Applying your technical skills in SQL and REST APIs to resolve issues related to our B2B e-commerce platform.
  • Debugging issues using web browser development tools to ensure smooth operation for our customers.
  • Sharing knowledge and best practices to drive continuous improvement in customer support and service quality.
  • Maintaining a proactive attitude towards learning, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, and contributing to team knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in B2B e-commerce environment (preferably, Support or Managed Services);
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills;
  • A passion for learning and proactive knowledge sharing;
  • Logical thinking and inquisitive mind;
  • Strong SQL skillset (database queries, stored procedures, triggers, and functions);
  • Ability to debug using web browser development tools;
  • Experience in REST API.

Advantages:

  • ITIL certification;
  • Experience with knowledge management solutions / best practices;
  • Previous exposure to Microsoft Azure (preferably Durable Functions);
  • Knowledge of technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS;
  • Knowledge of e-commerce applications such as Commerce Vision, Magento, Shopify, Big Commerce, PRONTO Woven, Neto, Hybris, SANA Commerce;
  • Experience with using or supporting ERP systems such as PRONTO, Microsoft Dynamics Nav, Dynamics AX, NetSuite, SAP.
