A leader in the connected TV (CTV) industry, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in scaling our operations, enhancing efficiency, and driving the strategic direction of our company. Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure they align with the overall business goals.
• Implement effective operational strategies that enhance productivity and profitability.
• Manage cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and operations are seamless.
• Develop and enforce strict budget controls to manage expenses and improve financial performance.
• Collaborate with senior management to streamline processes and introduce innovations that support business growth.
• Lead, motivate, and develop our operations team to advance employee engagement develop a high performing managerial team.
• Analyze current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement when necessary.
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role, preferably in the media, technology, or CTV industry.
• Strong understanding of operational management, supply chain, and logistic processes in scaling environments.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a steadfast resolve to develop team members.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems; proficiency in Microsoft Office and other operational software.
• BSc/BA in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus.
• Ability to manage and interpret large sets of data to drive decision-making and operational adjustments.
