We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team, focusing on managing and growing relationships with VIP clients in the Polish market. The ideal candidate will have experience handling important accounts in an international setting, ensuring top-tier customer service, retention, and business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop relationships with VIP clients in the Polish market, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, addressing inquiries, providing market insights, and supporting their trading journey.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client engagement and increase trading activity.
- Provide personalized account management, guiding clients through trading strategies, platform features, and market trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize customer experience and service offerings.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial markets, trading products, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Fluent Polish – essential for effective communication with local clients.
- Fluent English – required for communication with company management and HQ.
- Proven experience managing VIP or important client accounts in an international company, preferably in finance, trading, or fintech.
- Strong sales and relationship management skills, with a track record of achieving business growth and customer retention.
- Highly motivated and success-driven, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Creative and flexible approach to client management, able to adapt to different needs and market conditions.
