Responsibilities:
- Offer excellent customer success, proofreading, and formatting services to our American authors.
- Coordinate activities between authors, editors, designers, and management to ensure the timely and accurate completion of book publications.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Follow established book publishing processes and procedures to deliver high-quality products to authors.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of client relationship and communication experience, regardless.
- English Native or bilingual
- Excellent spoken communication skills.
Work experience with Salesforce is mandatory. - Relevant experience in customer success, proofreading, formatting, or project management.
- Good time management skills.
