Responsibilities:
- Carrying out mechanical design for industrial automatic production machines
- Designing in accordance with design requirement documents and machine functional requirements
- Design in accordance with EU Machinery Directive
- Development of moving mechanisms and automated machinery, with a focus on packaging automation, using Solidworks for solid modeling, sheet metal design, and weldments
- Oversee the integration and maintenance of pneumatic systems, particularly those involving Festo equipment, ensuring optimal performance in automated manufacturing processes.
- Develop and implement linear motion and indexing systems, both linear and rotational, for industrial automation applications.
Requirements:
- Mechanical engineer, B.sc, M.sc
- Knowledge and experience in pneumatics, Emphasis on Festo Equipment
- Knowledge and experience in moving mechanisms and mechanisms Design.
- 5 years of experience or more in industrial manufacturing automated machines, with emphasis on packing automation.
- Highly proficient with Solidworks (MUST). Solid modeling of machined parts, sheet metal parts, and weldment.
- Experience with linear motion systems, servo and pneumatic driven.
- Experience with indexing machines (linear indexing & Rotational indexing)
- Familiarity with safety requirements of the EU machinery directive.
- High-level English – verbal and written.
- Highly motivated.
