Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain ETL/ELT/Streaming processes and SQL queries for efficient data movement.
- Design and implement scalable, automated processes for large-scale data analyses.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and build datasets accordingly.
- Work with teams to enhance data models and promote data-driven decision-making.
- Contribute to the long-term strategy and architecture of the data platform.
- Maintain data lake pipelines and ensure adherence to schema standards.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Python development experience.
- 4+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and building ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Experience with AWS cloud environment and big data technologies.
- Familiarity with Airflow, DBT, and Kafka is desirable.
- Experience with at least one big data environment, such as Snowflake, Vertica, or Redshift.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with creating data pipelines.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
