As a Junior UA Manager at SciPlay, you'll join a dynamic team passionate about gaming and driving growth. You'll be instrumental in executing user acquisition strategies for our portfolio of games. Your innovative mindset, coupled with a knack for data and a love for gaming, will be key to your success.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with marketing, analytics, product, and creative teams to drive user growth and engagement.
• Analyze and optimize campaigns across various digital channels, aligning with KPI targets.
• Assist in designing and implementing ad creatives and promotional materials tailored for different regions.
• Identify user acquisition opportunities, trends, and best practices in global markets.
• Contribute to strategic planning, offering innovative ideas to improve our UA efforts.
• Manage relationships with external partners and stay updated on industry trends.
• Prepare and present regular reports on UA performance to stakeholders.
• Participate in monthly budget planning.

Requirements:

• Passion for gaming: A deep understanding of mobile games and a genuine enthusiasm for the industry.
• Strong analytical skills: Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Innovative mindset: A creative approach to problem-solving and a desire to explore new strategies.
• Excellent communication skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools: Experience with tools like Tableau is a plus.
• Basic understanding of mobile measurement platforms and ad networks: Familiarity with platforms like Adjust, AppsFlyer, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok is beneficial.
• Fluent in English: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
