Responsibilities:
- Implement new features and optimise the existing functionality of the Converter AI platform's code base.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Manage your tasks effectively, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.
- Implement financial modeling, market data layering, and layout optimization algorithms.
- Perform thorough testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure platform stability and reliability.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest technologies and industry trends, suggesting improvements and new features.
Requirements:
- Proficient in React with expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and ES6+ for Front-End.
- Experienced in Back-End technologies such as Node.js, Express, and database management systems.
- Knowledge of state management libraries, responsive design principles, and version control systems.
- Understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities in a remote team environment
- Ability to work independently, manage tasks efficiently, and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Advantages:
- Experience with VB.NET and C# is a big plus.
- Experience with real estate or construction industry software/applications.
- Knowledge of financial modeling and cash flow analysis.
