Requirements:
- Around 1 year of sourcing experience in IT (preferred).
- Experience sourcing candidates using Boolean search, and X-Ray through various channels.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to switch dynamically between tasks and positions, prioritize them, and meet deadlines.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, (of course:), job boards, networking, employee referrals, internet searches, etc.).
- Work closely with your Senior Recruiter, and use different sourcing techniques to guarantee a pipeline of active candidates.
- Maintain candidate database.
